Posio Artist Residency and gallery

Exterior wall and primary floor structure made of WLT (Wave Layered Timber). Exterior walls are of 36cm WLT, exposed and untreated both the interior and exterior. Ceiling made of narrow, fine sawn, clay painted spruce. Main floor of cast concrete with steel fibre reinforcement. Construction in 2019-2022, operating from 2023. Construction works: Juha Feodoroff & team, Antti Lamberg & team, Charlie Jespergaard & team, and more; Fix furniture: P. Koivikko; Engineering: T. Vättö, Toni Kekki; Design: MAP / D. Alatorre, R. Sirén (design, head planning, procurements and quality survey) in close collaboration with the Client.
